1. Service description

ProcoView is a court sports replay tool that helps users record matches, open recent replay windows, and review disputed moments with playback controls. It is not an electronic line-calling authority.

2. Eligibility

3. Responsible recording

You are responsible for using ProcoView safely around courts, walkways, and other players. Do not place devices where they create a collision or trip hazard.

4. Permission and consent

You must obtain appropriate permission before recording other people, especially minors, organised competitions, or private venues. Follow venue and competition rules.

5. User-generated footage

You retain responsibility for footage you record, import, save, or share. Do not use ProcoView to capture or distribute content unlawfully or without required consent.

6. Intellectual property

The ProcoView name, icon, website content, and app software are owned by Lokyis Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute protected materials except as allowed by law or written permission.

7. Prohibited use

• Attempting to reverse engineer or interfere with the service except where permitted by law
• Using the app to harass, surveil, or unlawfully record others
• Misrepresenting ProcoView as an official umpiring or certified line-calling system
• Using the service in violation of venue, competition, or applicable law

8. Availability

We aim to keep the website and app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as the product develops.

9. Disclaimer about replay accuracy

Replay quality depends on camera placement, lighting, device performance, and user operation. Footage may be incomplete, obstructed, or unclear. ProcoView does not guarantee that every disputed landing will be conclusive on review.

10. No replacement for official officiating

ProcoView provides replay evidence to support discussion. It does not replace an official umpire, referee, or certified electronic line-calling system.

11. Limitation of liability

12. Termination
