1. Who we are

ProcoView is provided by Lokyis Ltd. For privacy enquiries, contact privacy@procoview.com.

2. Information we process

Depending on how you use ProcoView, we may process the following categories of information.

Website contact: if you email us or use the website contact form, we process the details you provide (such as name, email address and message content) so we can respond.

App media on your device: match recordings, imported videos, screenshots, associated audio and related review materials are created or handled on your iPhone. We do not upload this media to Lokyis Ltd servers as part of normal app use.

App analytics and diagnostics (only if you consent): product interaction and feature-usage events; app-instance or device identifiers used for analytics; approximate or coarse location that may be derived by analytics services; in-app purchase events; crash reports and stack traces; and device, operating system and other diagnostic details.

3. Camera, microphone and Photos access

ProcoView may request access to the device camera so you can record matches for replay review, to the microphone when you choose to record audio with match video, and to Photos so you can import videos or save clips you choose to keep. Access is controlled through iOS permission prompts and system settings. We do not use camera, microphone or Photos access for advertising or cross-app tracking.

4. Local processing and sharing

Core recording and replay workflows are designed to operate on your iPhone. Recordings, imported videos, screenshots, audio and precise location (if present on the device) are processed or stored locally unless you explicitly export, share or save them using iOS sharing or Photos features. Media that leaves your device through those actions is handled by the destination you choose.

ProcoView does not collect, process, or store biometric data of any kind, including face data or facial recognition data. Video and screenshots recorded or imported in the app remain on your device and are never uploaded to us or shared with third parties.

5. Analytics and crash reporting

When you allow usage analytics, ProcoView uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google) to understand how the app is used and to improve stability.

These services may process product interaction and feature-usage events, app-instance or device identifiers, approximate or coarse location derived for analytics, in-app purchase events, crash reports, stack traces, and device or OS diagnostic data.

We use this information for analytics, app functionality and improving ProcoView. We do not use it for third-party advertising or for tracking you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Analytics and crash reporting are consent-based. You can allow or refuse them when you first use the app, and you can change your choice later in ProcoView’s privacy settings. If you turn them off, collection for these purposes stops going forward.

6. How we use information

We use the information described above to provide and operate ProcoView, respond to support and contact requests, understand feature usage, improve reliability and functionality, and meet legal or security obligations where they apply. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Service providers

We use service providers that process information on our behalf, including Google (Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics) for consented analytics and crash reporting, and infrastructure providers that host the website or help deliver email. They are instructed to process data only as needed to provide their services to us.

8. Data retention

Contact emails and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for ordinary operational or legal needs.

Media and match data stored on your iPhone remain under your control. They stay on the device until you delete them, clear app data, or remove the app, subject to iOS storage rules and any save or export actions you take.

Analytics and crash data processed by Firebase are retained according to those services’ retention practices while your consent remains in place. Turning analytics off stops further collection for that purpose; it does not automatically erase historical records already held by those services.

9. Consent and your choices

You can withdraw analytics and crash-reporting consent at any time in ProcoView’s privacy settings. You can also manage camera, microphone and Photos access in iOS Settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before withdrawal.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict certain personal data, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email privacy@procoview.com. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

11. Children

ProcoView is a general-audience court sports replay tool and is not marketed as a children’s product. If you record or review footage that includes minors, you must obtain appropriate parental, guardian or venue permission first.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
